Ingredients: Fortified wheat flour, Kodo millet flour, Edible vegetable oil, Salt and purified water
Taste Maker: chili powder, Salt, Pepper, Ginger and Spices
Preparation:
1. Add Kodomillet noodles to boiling water for 5–6 minutes and drain the water.
2. Rinse the noodles with cold water (optional)
3. Add oil, mustard seeds, and onions to a pan and fry till they release their flavor.
4. Add vegetables like capsicum, carrots, beans, and any other vegetable of your choice to the pan and let them cook.
5. Add the drained noodles to the pan and mix until the veggies are thoroughly mixed with the noodles.
