Return and Refund Policy

At Chinnus Masala, returns will be accepted only if the product received is damaged or a wrong item. If you would like to request a return, please provide a video of the product unboxing. To initiate a return contact customer service by email at support@chinnusmasala.com or using the form in contact page to request a return within  24 hours of receiving the product.

Please add the following details:

  1. Subject – Return
  2. Reason for return
  3. Replacement or Refund
  4. Order Number & date of receiving the order
  5. Please include the video of the product being opened on receipt with your request to back up your claim.

After your return is approved, you will be guided through the return process. Please ensure that the product is unused and remains in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.

Refund and Replacement

A replacement may be shipped within 2 days after we receive your returned item. It also depends on the availability of th product. Alternatively, a refund of the amount can be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your order will not be allowed once it has been shipped.

Exchanges

Please note that there are no exchange option available.
