We currently offer shipping services only within India. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volumetric weight of the items in your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm before placing your order.

Free Shipping:

We currently do not offer free shipping or promotional shipping options. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Orders received on Monday to Saturday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. If your order is received on Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. Please note that these processing times may be subject to variations during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be emailed to you. Additionally, if you have an account on our website, you can login and track the status of your shipment from the account page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, we are here to assist you. For damaged products, please provide us with an unboxing video as proof of damage upon arrival. Based on your preference, we will either issue a refund or replace the damaged item. Please check our return and refunds policy page for further information.

For lost shipments, we will investigate the issue and, based on your preference, either issue a refund or ship the product again to you. Please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours from the expected delivery date to report any lost shipments.
